For years running shoes containing severed feet were washing up on beaches in the Pacific North West, near Vancouver, British Columbia Canada and Port Angeles USA. Corporal Kelly Risling of the RCMP founded the UnIdentified Human Remains Unit (UHRU) to solve cases like this one.
